Open Position: IT Operation Services Engineer (Financial Services Company)
A Financial Services Company is currently hiring for IT Operation Services Engineer to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Holds a Degree in Information Technology where the role is open for fresh graduates
- Provide daytoday technical support to IT operations with the responsibility to be on standby rotations to ensure business runs smoothly
- Perform troubleshooting recovery and root cause analysis efforts when needs arises/during escalations
- Good experience in building rapport and establish collaboration within other IT Departments and business stakeholders
- Good experience within Windows Unix/Linux environment with IT Infrastructure knowledge
- Good analytical problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate effectively
