Role Overview:
Administration and technical operation of Microsoft Infrastructure, Hyper Converged Infrastructure and non-banking services.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Participate within new IT projects.
SUM ÒSoftware Update Management Òadministration.
Monitoring server's activity and performance to ensure business continuity.
Domain Group Policy Administration ÒGPO Ò.
Servers / Operating System Installation, Configuration and Administration.
Installation Administration, troubleshooting physical machines and Virtual Machines over Hyper converge Infrastructure.
Administration and Troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 Services.
Administration and Troubleshooting Active Directory / domain Services.
Documenting for the system configuration.
Perform upgrades, security, virus protection, spam protection, registry, active directory, editing, system implementation, performance monitoring and problem solving for project execution in a large, complex environment, strategic planning, functional management, and deployment of client software for mail.
Create, oversee and update the existing Exchange, AD, MSSQL, IIS systems and related documentation.
Provide expertise and direction in the development or modification of complex software programs to enhance an operating system.
Responsible for the instruction, assigning, and overseeing the performance of less experienced software systems engineers.
Hands-on implementation and troubleshooting of new environments.
Provide assistance and training to lower-level web engineers. This includes creating processes to simplify and standardize the support engineers' role, and providing guidance to engineers from disciplines such as security, redundancy, IIS management, MSSQL management, middleware etc.
Provide technical support to web application developers when required. This includes promoting the use of best practices, ensuring standardization across applications and troubleshooting issues.
Design web hardware infrastructure and author design documents for guiding through the approval process.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certificates: MCSE and COBIT is a must. (CCNA, PMP, Cyber Security trainings and certificates are plus).
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Microsoft Infrastructure and Hyperconverged infrastructure.
Solid experience in Microsoft Infrastructure and systems administration including but not limited to Microsoft windows workstations, Microsoft Windows servers, active directory and Domain controllers, DNS, and all Microsoft tools including SCCM, WSUS, encryption, Office 365, Azure, and Windows Defender including EDR, DLP, AV,...Etc.
Technical Solid Experience in HCI "Hyperconverged infrastructure" (Nutanix is a must and other HCI is a plus) .
Technical Solid experience in Virtualization technologies in VMWARE, Nutanix AHV and Hyper-V.
Technical Experience in vulnerabilities Assessment, Penetration Testing and CIS bench marking remediation.
Technical Solid experience in Hardware (servers and storages) .
Familiar with PCI DSS, COBIT 2019 , NIST Standards cyber security requirements.
