Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first contact support to end users via various channels to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Build rapport and gather problem details from service desk customers to facilitate effective troubleshooting.
  • Perform handson fixes at the desktop level and research solutions through internal and external knowledgebase resources.
  • Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the company to enhance support capabilities.
  • Actively participate in a variety of infrastructure and network hardware software IT services and IT project work.


Job Requirements:

The Essentials:

  • University degree in computer science or related field or 3 years of related work experience.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Cisco ITIL etc. are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience with desktop and server operating systems application support and diagnostic utilities.
