IT Functional Analyst

ADIUTUM is looking for a Business Analyst to join its fast-growing team of talented and motivated consultants.

Tasks

• Communicate with stakeholders, perform gap analysis and suggest solutions
• Write high level analysis with the appropriate level of detail
• Create plans for change based on analysed requirements
• Collaborate, assure common understanding and sharing of information with the complete IT team to efficiently implement changes
• Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications
• Monitor performance, discover variances, and propose necessary actions
• Validate development by testing the functionalities
• Prepare user manuals and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or master s degree in ICT or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years experience in business/functional analysis
• Ability to use notation (BPMN) and modelling systems (UML)
• Good knowledge of SQL and data warehousing
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal communication and ability to adapt to your interlocutor
• Strong leadership ability
• Good multitasking and prioritization skills
• French or Dutch, and English
