At Wello Solutions were looking for a Junior Business Consultant to enhance our customer engagement and implementation success. Are you ready to conquer the world

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be trained to become an expert in our leading SaaS software and field management processes in order to be able to implement our software with national and international customers
• Conduct needs assessments provide quick analyses and deliver tailored web demos explaining Wello Solutions applications.
• You will be part of the implementation team on global
• Collaborate with sales to maintain active engagement with both national and international clients.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and developers to implement and set up new customer environments.
• Analyze customer processes to align their needs with Wello Solutions capabilities suggesting improvements for their field service processes.
• Take ownership of crafting critical documents and ensure a smooth transition from sales to technical implementation including postlaunch support.
• Balance onsite client work with remote operations fostering strong collaborations across teams to drive successful implementations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a similar role preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a consultancyoriented mindset.
• Independent and resultsdriven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ideal candidate has 2 or 3 years experience.

Language skills:

English and French are mandatory at a professional level

Or

English and Dutch are mandatory at a professional level

Location:

Brussels Belgium 200m from the Brussels South railway station

Work life balance:

At the start 2 days from home to be extended after training. Most of the work is done online via teams.
