Management ofMicrosoft Intune: Administration of the cloud-based unified endpoint management service “Intune” by Hardware registering, Mobile registering, and adding new modules to Intune.
Maintenance of assets:Management of faulty assets, Follow up with repair shops, keeping abreast with faulty products’ releases.
Network Infrastructure: IT Rooms maintenance, Access doors system administration, CCTV management and configuration, wireless access point administration and configuration, Network boxes labeling and maintenance, switches and cable management labeling, producing schematics.
Antivirus Administration: Monitoring installation of updates, tracking viruses, and malware vulnerabilities.
