Mission

Our client is looking an experienced IT Application Manager who has a strong background in ERP Systems and a good understanding of financial and trade processes in the industrial sector.

The Application Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

Selecting and implementing new Software Applications that are cloud and server based in an Azure & AVD environment in collaboration with stakeholders from different departments and functions

Maintaining and developing existing Software Applications to ensure they are up to date secure reliable and aligned with business requirements and best practices

Documenting and creating Workflow Sheets for Software Applications to provide clear and consistent guidance for users and developers

Training and supporting users on Software Applications to enhance their skills and confidence in using the tools effectively

Managing IT Service Provider for Application & Infrastructure issues to ensure timely and quality service delivery and resolution of problems

Communicating with IT Group Management Europe to report on the status progress and challenges of Software Applications projects and initiatives

Direct Reporting Line to Operation Director and dotted line IT Group Manager Europe

Profil recherch

• Une exp rience avec Sage / Salesforce est tr s appr ci e (mais pas n cessaire au final).
  
• Langlais est obligatoire.
  
• Des comp tences en gestion de projet sont un bon plus.
  

Comp tences minimum attendues :

• Une exp rience avec Sage / Salesforce est tr s appr ci e (mais pas n cessaire au final).
  
• Anglais obligatoire.
  
• De formation Bac4/5
