Open Position: IT Account Delivery Lead (Enterprise Software Company)
An Enterprise Software Company is currently hiring an IT Account Delivery Lead to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
Experience in selling Enterprise Software Solutions to large enterprise customers including both account management and business development to Malaysia and other counties within SEA regions.
To understand customers challenges and provide specific solution propositions to help customers meet their business goals.
Understand the market including trends and developments and competitors offerings.
Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
Experience in serving key industries such as conglomerate manufacturing mining oil and gas etc.related fields would be an added advantage.
Strong team skills with the ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams to achieve goals.
