Tasks

Your mission:

As an Investor Relations (IR) analyst you will be a key contributor to cover and grow our institutional investor base while ensuring excellence in the investor experience.

Your role:

As part of btov's Investor Relation team, this role combines interaction with both our investment teams and fund administration, as well as investor facing exposure. You will be involved in both investor coverage as well as fundraising responsibilities.

• Ensure investors have a great investment and portfolio experience
• Handle individual support requests from investors in a professional and timely manner
• Identify new leads, tracking and managing them on our CRM platform
• Regular follow-ups and communication with qualified sales leads
• Help develop and implement strategies that strengthen our product and service offering
• Contribute to investor fundraising documents and continuously improve them
• Constantly re-think the experience for our investor base and take an active role shaping it in a constantly evolving environment
• Host investor calls and contribute to events to maintain a strong relationship with our investor base

Requirements

Your profile:

• You have completed Business Administration, Communications, or other humanistic field (we are not focused on business profiles only) and achieved outstanding academic results
• You are passionate about entrepreneurship, relationship management and not shy of opening new doors
• You are a team player and self-starter with superb social skills and humour
• You combine analytical skills and attention to detail with a motivated, proactive mindset
• You have a client orientated approach and high quality standards
  You are fluent in spoken and written English and German; French as an additional language is a plus
• You gained operating experience in a startup (preferably Sales, Business Development, support), banking (wealth management), consulting or investment firm is a plus
• You have excellent MS Office skills, specifically with regards to Excel and PowerPoint
