Head of Communication and Public Relations

Our client basedif Fribourg is looking for a Head of Communications and Public Relations for the entire group of cpmpoanies reporting to the Director of Operations (COO) you will be responsible for:

Tasks

• Development of the Groups communications and public relations plan in collaboration with our internal teams and external service providers
• Guide the institutional presence strategy on various traditional media and social networks
• Management of external communications press events writing of sustainable development reports (sustainability reports) etc.
• Monitoring and communication of social and environmental action plans in close collaboration with our sustainability department
• Management and support during complex/sensitive communications
• Coordination of internal communication
• Supervision and support of a team of 2 people

Requirements

• Strong communication and writing skills organized proactive sociable
• Perfect knowledge of traditional digital communication tools etc.
• Good command of presentations and public speaking. Experience in leading conferences is an asset.
• Successful experiences in management and inclusive supervision
• Masters degree in communications or public relations (or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent French and English a must
• Experience in a complex environment in an international context
• Ability to travel outside Europe 4 to 5 times per year.
