Internship - Human Resources all genders

Lumiform founded in 2019 is a fastgrowing productdriven software startup. We are based in Berlin and operate globally. Over 40000 organizations across 24 countries use the Lumiform App and this is just the beginning .

Lately we got a SeriesA funding round of 8.4 Million from Tier 1 SaaS investor Capnamic to expand our reach and transform the untapped 164 billion inspection market.

We are looking for an HR intern who is passionate about fostering a work environment where employees feel content secure and have room for growth.

Just a heads up this is an officefirst position in Berlin.

Tasks

People & Culture:

• Organize company events such as regular team events and yearly Lumi week
• Be the contact person for employee requests of HRrelated matters
• Organize employee onboardings and offboardings including buying hardware organizing visum setting up meetings etc.
• Take care of employee satisfaction and analyse satisfaction with regular surveys
• Help our employees to continuously grow and learn
• Advocate and participate in adjusting our company values
• Take care of employer branding

Admin:

• Create employment contracts certificates and reference letters
• Continously update our company guidelines
• Nurture employee information in Personio
• Manage corporate benefits including Urban Sports Club or Circula
• Conduct interviews and help in the recruiting process
• Take care of office management: including managing office suppliers like fruit baskets beverages and cleaning.

Requirements

• You already worked in a startup
• You already live in Berlin and enjoy working from the office at least 3 times per week
• You are fluent in English
• You have great communication skills and a positive energy
• You enjoy working autonomously and are ready to own HR at Lumiform
