As we continue to expand our global presence we are seeking an experienced and driven International Business Development Manager to spearhead our international growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess new international markets for our products taking into account market trends competition and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to penetrate and establish a strong presence in target markets.
Build and nurture relationships with distributors retailers and other strategic partners in various regions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure product offerings meet the needs of different markets.
Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business partnerships and distribution agreements.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers evaluate market potential and monitor competitor activities.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to guide product development and innovation.
Travel internationally to attend trade shows conferences and business meetings to represent Flavaroma and network with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business International Relations or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven track record of at least 3 years in international business development preferably in the Flavours Fragrances or Essential Oils industry.
Strong understanding of global market dynamics cultural differences and regulatory considerations.
Exceptional communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful market entry strategies.
Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
