Job Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed profile summaries and sourcing of candidates.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and recruitment consultants.
• Support consultants in conducting interviews assessments and reference checks.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and platforms
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants and other team members to ensure smooth execution of recruitment projects.
• Assist with adhoc tasks and projects as assigned by the recruitment team or supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder
• Effective negotiation influencing and communication skills
