Overview:
The Inside Sales Trainee plays a crucial role in our organization by learning the fundamentals of inside sales and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with prospecting and lead generation through cold calling and email campaigns
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Assist in maintaining accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Participate in sales meetings to gain insights into effective sales strategies and product knowledge

- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
