Inside Sales Trainee- Fresher

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with prospecting and lead generation through cold calling and email campaigns
• Learn and apply effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Assist in maintaining accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Participate in sales meetings to gain insights into effective sales strategies and product knowledge
• Support the development and implementation of sales initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Adhere to sales targets and contribute to the overall team goal achievement
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Continuously learn about the products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Assist in preparing sales contracts and quotations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials
• Contribute to the overall sales team effort by achieving individual and team targets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to learn and apply sales techniques effectively
• Customeroriented approach with a focus on delivering highquality service
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic work environment
• Goaloriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in customer interactions and record keeping

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
