Associate Director Whole School Transformation

Bhumi s WholeSchool Transformation is a comprehensive program that focuses on strengthening student learning outcomes while working alongside key stakeholders such as school leaders/HMs parents teachers and the community. We believe equitable education for all children can be achieved by building excellence in vision and actions.

The programme will bring together Bhumi s various interventions in 30 schools in 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling this 10x in 34 years.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strategise and integrate ongoing interventions for a consolidated scalable approach
  
• Design and lead the monitoring and evaluation of the program
  
• Build partnerships within and outside Bhumi to strengthen the model
  
• Be the nodal point of contact to communicate outcomes and impact periodically
  

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:

• Experience in managing people / projects
  
• At least 35 years experience in Education particularly schools
  
• Any Graduate postgraduate or fellowship
  
• Experience in school transformation would be an advantage
  

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Good people management skills
  
• Good people engagement networking and listening skills
  
• Ability to drive outcomeoriented plans through the team s collective effort
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
  
• Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
  
• Emotional maturity to empathize with the perspectives/needs of team members
  
• Highly resourceful team player who is also selfdriven.
  
• Forwardlooking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

• Designation: Senior Manager to Associate Director based on candidates profile
  
• Reporting to: Executive Director
  
• Remuneration: Rs.1215 LPA negotiable based on candidate s profile
