Overview

The Inside Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the organization through proactive outreach and relationship building with potential customers. This position is integral to the sales team as it involves identifying contacting and nurturing leads to ultimately convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls and emails to prospects to generate new business opportunities
  • Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team
  • Utilizing CRM software to track and manage leads and customer interactions
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Providing product/service information to potential customers
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Reporting on sales activities and outcomes
  • Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions
  • Participating in sales meetings and training sessions
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and approaches
  • Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing roles
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
