JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a member of Sales and Relationship Management team, the Inside Sales Executive primary responsibilities include promoting DTCC Solutions Data Services suite of products and developing highly qualified sales leads for their territory.
Aligned to a specific territory, the incumbent will leverage sales and lead generation tools, events, and campaigns, to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
They will engage prospects over the phone and email to qualify them, add them to the sales pipeline and help in achieving revenue goals.
They will work in a team-oriented environment supporting outside Sales Executives on key initiatives.
This key and integral role directly impacts the ongoing success of and provides career development and opportunity within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospect and qualify potential customers, within an assigned geographic territory, leveraging various sales and lead generation tools
Develop customer prospects through direct telephone selling and emails
Work with the Sales Executives to penetrate new accounts, identify potential customers, qualify and schedule presentations
Weekly review of leads developed, new leads added and any field sales intelligence; keeps records and generates reports on all phases of activities using Salesforce
Keeps informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of Sales Training and self-study
Stays informed of customer business opportunities, current conditions, prospects, active measurements, and competitive issues
Deliver accurate pipeline and forecasts to sales management
Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an intense and high-volume business, strong time management skills
Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
