This role is for DataHonDo based in Singapore.
Were seeking a skilled Streaming Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of realtime data processing solutions. If you have a passion for building scalable and efficient streaming applications we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain realtime streaming applications using frameworks like Apache Kafka Apache Flink Apache Spark Streaming or similar technologies.
- Implement data ingestion processing and analytics pipelines for streaming data sources.
- Collaborate with data engineers software developers and data scientists to integrate streaming solutions into endtoend data architectures.
- Optimize and tune streaming applications for performance scalability and fault tolerance.
- Monitor troubleshoot and debug streaming pipelines to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in streaming technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 8 years of experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Scala or Python.
- Experience with streaming frameworks and technologies such as Apache Kafka Apache Flink Apache Spark Streaming or similar.
- Knowledge of distributed computing concepts and architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for streaming data processing (e.g. AWS Kinesis Azure Stream Analytics Google Cloud Dataflow).
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
