Import Specialist

Job Description

• Follow-up clearance of goods “Tires, Batteries”
• Endorsement of shipping documents
• Entering data for all shipments in it’s related sheets.
• Ensure full conformity of purchases with authorized levels
• Finalizing SAP related processes (creating POs – revising contracts).
• Sending orders to the suppliers and follow up receiving the P/Is
• Following up with suppliers the flow of the goods (Quantity- Timing).
• Communicate with suppliers in any problem related to shipments
• Manage the necessary documentation of every shipment
• Arranging drivers bonus with every shipment
• Filing of shipping documents and for suppliers data/e-mails
• Follow up the imported shipments from its departure starting from the exporter port till its arrival to the stores and taking necessary procedures for that.
• Annual statistics for all the imported commodities.
• Follow up settlements of goods' value to our suppliers in their due dates.
• Perform any other tasks related to the job

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Commerce, accounting or other related fields.
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of work experience
