Identify and Access Management IAM Support

Description

This request is for a vendor to provide as many resources on a monthly basis as needed to support the State.

Sample Task

• Oracle IAM 11g suite system monitoring and maintenance
• Proactively retrieve and apply patches from Oracles marketdriven support for 11g including any security patching
• Apply any upgrades or patching that needs to be done in the environment for example java upgrades.
• Manage replacement of digital certificates including creating the CSR and applying the certificate
• Troubleshooting Identity and Access issues as reported by application teams via incident and work order tickets.
• Monitor and maintain a State custom enterprise user management component.
• Meet SLA response requirements at the various severity levels documented by the State.
• Provide increased monitoring and oncall support during peak times like open enrollment.
• Provide support for disaster recovery exercise efforts annually.
• Knowledge transfer to State team as necessary

• Desired Resource Qualification for Lead Architect Experience supporting Oracle Identity and Access Management suite including OIM OAM OUD Oracle Database Oracle Weblogic
• Experience with Linux operating systems support.
• Experience reading and tailing logs for troubleshooting.
• Understanding of integration methods: Header Based Secure LDAP Websphere TAI SAML and OAuth
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST API calls
