Position: HVAC Service Technician (entry level)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an entrylevel HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic a desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior technicians in installing repairing and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings

Learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available for each job

Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical skills and knowledge

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in HVAC or related field is a plus

Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components

Must have valid EPA certification

Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Must have a valid drivers license

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools

Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
