- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
- Represent the company at personnel – related hearings and investigations
- Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
- Provide the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
- Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a strong recruitment process for JO & UK offices alongside freelancers.
