1. Be responsible for all HR management processes and operations, including recruitment and selection, salaries and payroll, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals, wrongdoing investigations and disciplinary measures, and any other HR-related issues;
2. Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning;
3. Develop and manage the HR annual plan and budget, and control expenditures in coordination with the Finance Department;
4. Work with RHAS’ Management team on a long-term workforce development plan that prioritizes people-related initiatives;
