- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the restaurant and bar
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR needs, and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other relevant sources to attract top talent
- Ensure that the recruitment process is fair, transparent, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs to motivate and reward employees for their contributions
