- Drive the recruitment process from conducting interviews to administering assessment centres, in addition to wrapping up and share recommendations.
- Handle the training process Roll out, educate, and clarify process, in addition to discussing DeveloP input and provide recommendation.
- Lead and supervise the induction process
- Source local training providers (providing the best value and at most efficient costs) and manage the logistics of local learning interventions (including off-the job training, seminars)
- Provide support and drive the performance management process, ensuring that the process is used and applied in line with BAT standards across the zone.
- Support in TRM preparation
