About Losung360
We are an Ecommerce Brand Enabler currently serving 45 plus brands. Our business is divided into 2 main verticals: Demand Fulfillment and Demand Generation under which we have 4 service lines. As we have scaled to 1 lakh orders per day during our peak and 15000 orders per day in BAU we have realized to restructure our approach of doing business from providing scalable service lines to customers to creating products for our targeted customers achieve the required Productmarket fit scale evolve and reiterate. Currently we have conceptualized 4 Products for our Fulfillment Business. We operate in 8 Fulfillment Centers in Gurgaon Kolkata Hyderabad Bangalore and Mumbai spanning across 5.5 lakh sq. ft. Our Product(s) will be focused on midmile (Fulfillment Centre Ops) and last mile (aggregation and integration) fulfillment ops only. In the next phase we also intend to build and grow our product business in the ecommerce demand generation space to enable our customers to sell better online!

Job Description: Assistant / Deputy Manager HR Operations

Job Overview: The Assistant/Deputy Manager HR Operations will lead and oversee various operational aspects of the HR function ensuring seamless support to the organization and its employees. This role encompasses business partnering employee engagement employee lifecycle management HR project management performance management HR MIS and reporting payroll and compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee all aspects of employee life cycle actions including manager changes transfers disciplinary actions PIP actions exit discussions and employee record management. Ensure all activities are completed on time.

2. Business Partnering: Attrition Management: Develop and implement strategies to maintain attrition within target levels. Monitor attrition percentage and take proactive measures when necessary. Employee Insights Reporting: Share employee insights derived from connects and people metrics reporting dashboard with leaders on a periodic basis (monthly/quarterly). Track and report the number of reporting/dashboards shared.

3. Employee Engagement: Conduct regular employee pulse connections through focus group discussions or oneonone sessions tailored to respective functions. Monitor and report the number of connections conducted. Ensure timely response to employee queries and grievances within 2 working days. Provide support to business/functional leaders in resolving employee issues through coaching and consulting. Collaborate with leaders to design and implement engagement initiatives based on data and insight analysis. Monitor and report the number of activities conducted.

4. HR Project/Central Programs: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and drive HR initiatives and projects to successful completion. Lead or participate in HR projects/activities at the organizational level on a quarterly basis. Projects may include policy drafting/launch HRMS enhancement data analysis framework creation identifying learning and development requirements and succession planning. Monitor and report the completion of projects and actionable items.

5. Performance Management System: Implement and maintain an effective Performance Management System (PMS). Monitor PMS completion rate and solicit feedback from employees and managers. Ensure timely completion of all PMSrelated activities.

6. HR MIS&Reports: Develop and deliver timely and accurate HR Management Information System (MIS) reports. Track and report the number of reports delivered accuracy and timeliness of delivery.

7. Payroll & Compliance: Oversee offroll/onroll payroll activities and manage the compensation framework. Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies. Monitor and ensure the timely completion of all payroll and compliancerelated activities.

Key Requirements:

Master sdegree in human resources management or related field preferred.
46yearsofexperience in HR operations or a related role.
Comprehensiveunderstanding of HR processes policies and best practices.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
