What Equips You For The Role

• Knowledge of HRIS (SAP/SuccessFactors preferred)
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, or other relevant fields
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources, familiar with internal transfer, paid-time-off, legal welfare policies, etc
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and multicultural environment to handle multiple, competing priorities, and short deadlines
• Strong collaborative partnership skills to ensure the effective resolution of inquiries;
• Excellent learning ability, careful and patient, and with strong work enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility
• Must have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
