• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements playing a key role as a Talent Sourcer.
  
• Flex your creative muscles with innovative sourcing techniques to pinpoint and attract toptier candidates for various roles.
  
• As a Recruitment Executive manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
  
• Participate in career fairs and networking events enhancing our talent pool as a Talent Partner.
  
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience as an HR Specialist.
  
• Conduct screening and interviews assessing the suitability of potential candidates as a Recruitment Analyst.
  
• Fulfill the role of a Sourcing Coordinator to streamline our recruitment efforts.
  

Requirements

• If youve got a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field and proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role we want to hear from you.
  
• If you are a Fresher and passionate about Recruitment you are also most welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills coupled with excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities will make you a perfect fit.
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software is definitely a plus!
