Remote HR Recruiter Entry Level

Position: Remote HR Recruiter Entry Level
Location: Remote
Job Type: Fulltime Remote
Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms social media and other channels to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
  3. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  4. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing updates and feedback as needed.
  5. Database Management: Assist in the maintenance of recruitment databases and documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  6. Supporting Recruitment Initiatives: Contribute to various recruitment projects and initiatives as needed providing administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
  2. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
  4. Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  7. Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of human resources.
