Experience: 6 months experience in IT and NonIT recruitment
Role and Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates from various job portals and social channels such as Naukri LinkedIn Indeed Shine.
- Conduct endtoend recruitment processes including screening and reviewing resumes conducting phone screens and understanding candidate requirements.
- Advertise job openings on job boards the company s careers page and social media.
- Manage the candidate database effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Preferred immediate joiners.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Ability to confidently communicate with top management personnel.
- Thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions.
- Handson experience in sourcing candidates from job portals and social channels like Naukri LinkedIn Indeed Shine.
- Selfmotivated proactive and detailoriented.
