Conducting Recruitment Drives, Walk-ins and Personal Interviews.
Well-versed in using Job boards, social media, and Linked In for candidate sourcing
Screening candidates and creating a qualified shortlist.
Using Taleo for the creation of new job requisitions and keeping the data clean
Adopting tools to enable interview scheduling and collation of interview feedback.

Education Requirements
Bachelor s degree in any field and preferably with an MBA
Previous Experience
4-8 years of experience working as a HR Recruiter. Strong communication skills and knowledge of excel is a prerequisite for this role. Understanding of Taleo (Applicant Tracking system) will be an additional benefit
