Description:

Our scale, global reach and proven track record ensure that we play a central role in shaping the energy landscape of the future. Company is seeking a HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of HR skills and experience including employee relations, payroll, benefits, talent development, project management and is responsible for completing a variety of tasks and projects to support the daily operations of the HR Department in North America. Their duties include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to improve various processes.

Responsibilities
Support HR Business Partner, Centers of Expertise (COE) and the business with annual bonus structure and payout
Support with compensation analyses
Lead project on putting together compensation geographical differences with global and regional colleagues
Support with Verification of Employment as needed
Update and create a tracking measure for North America HR Policies
Support HR Business Partners with analysis of retention data
Host weekly new hire orientation including coordination of I-9 verifications in ADP
Perform all duties with integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and customer-service orientation
Other duties and special projects assigned

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of HR experience (or applicable internship experience plus a Master's Degree)
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills in Office 365 especially Excel, Word, and Power Point
Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Must be team-oriented

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Knowledge of Workday a plus
Professional (PHR), Senior Professional (SPHR) or Global Professional (GPHR) in Human Resources
