Company Overview: Our Client is a leading provider in the credit repair industry dedicated to assisting individuals in achieving financial freedom. We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Officer join our dynamic team.


Position Overview: As a Human Resources (HR) Officer you will play a multifaceted role in our organization encompassing various responsibilities to support the HR department and overall workforce.




Key Duties but not limited to:
  • Support various HR functions including talent acquisition labour relations training and development.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives and support recruitment processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll records/submissions.
  • Provide HRrelated support to employees such as handling leaves and compensation queries.
  • Assist in implementing HR programs and policies.
  • Support performance management tasks including tracking employee performance.
  • Collect and analyse HR metrics.
  • Support and assist in the implementation of HR interventions.
  • Can chair and/or initiate Disciplinary Hearings
  • Assist with managing and coordinating the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate and advise on labour relations matters as required
  • Work under the guidance of HR managers and assist line managers with HR matters.
  • Contribute to job satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure adherence to labour regulations.


Requirements

NQF level 7 human resource or related area
2 5 years working experience in HR Officer role
SETA accredited facilitator assessor and moderator certification (Advantageous)
Previous experience working within a contact centre environment and or financial services provider HR Department
Must have a Strong understanding knowledge and Experience in LRA BCEA EE SDA OHS and POPI and their application thereof
Selfmotivated with high energy levels & ability to deal with confidential and information.
Experience in maintaining an HR Management Information System & basic knowledge of Employee Assistance Programmes
Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills and ability to take initiative.
Experience in working on Payroll systems such as Sage 300 (advantages)
