We are seeking a diligent and detailorientated Finance Consultant to join our team and contribute to our Finance department. As a Finance Consultant you will play a crucial role in performing reconciliation finance and administrative functions ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly Financial Position Reconciliation.
- Manage Credit Card Reconciliation processes.
- Oversee Cell Phone Contract and 3rdparty Agreements.
- Monitor and mange company auto cards.
- Supervise head office vehicles usage and maintenance.
- Perform monthly Medical Aid Reconciliation and communicate payment details to HR.
- Ensure timely completion of all statutory payments.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Maintain Supplier Payment Register
- Assist in generating Reports and Graphs
- Manage Budgets and facilitate budget transfers as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Threeyear Diploma in Financial Accounting or equivalent.
- Un endorsed Code 08 / B Driver s License
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Pastel Evolution System
- Duration of employment: 4 months
