Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Intern at Nexus Digital Marketing you will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in various HR functions within a dynamic and fastpaced digital marketing environment. You will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment employee engagement training and development initiatives and other HRrelated tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in human resources within the digital marketing industry.
Location Andheri East
Working days Monday to Friday
Stipend 5000 per month
Flexible working hours
Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with job posting creation and distribution on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Employee Engagement:
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities such as teambuilding events recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in gathering feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Administration:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team including file management data entry and document preparation.
  • Assist with maintaining HR databases and employee records.
  • Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required.
Duration and Compensation:
  • This is a paid internship position with flexible hours.
  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Start Date: Immediate / 15 days
