Job Title: HR Intern Engineering Mentorship Program

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated HR Intern to join our team and assist in the coordination and execution of our Engineering Mentorship Program. As an HR Intern you will play a crucial role in recruiting onboarding and supporting both mentors and mentees throughout their journey in the program. You will have the opportunity to work closely with students industry professionals and the HR team to ensure the success of the mentorship program.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified mentors and mentees from engineering backgrounds.
  • Assist in the screening and selection process of mentors ensuring they meet the programs requirements and objectives.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for mentors and mentees including orientation sessions and training workshops.
  • Provide ongoing support to mentors and mentees addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter during the program.
  • Organize and facilitate networking events workshops and guest speaker sessions to enhance the mentorship experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of mentorship activities progress reports and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and communication channels to promote the mentorship program to college students and engineering professionals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for program improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong interest in talent development mentorship and fostering professional growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of individuals.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
