Role and Responsibilities:
As an HR Executive at Digitex Technologies you will be responsible for implementing and managing various HR processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
1.Implementing the recruitment strategy and identifying potential candidates
2.Developing and updating job descriptions to attract suitable candidates
3.Conducting employment verification and ensuring all documentation is in place
4.Managing employee payroll and ensuring timely and accurate processing
5.Engaging employees and fostering a positive work environment
6.Handling performance management systems and ensuring fair evaluations
7.Overseeing exit formalities and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
1.Proven experience as an HR Executive or a similar role
2.Ability to work in a team
3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills
