Job Description

  • Counsels employees regarding work, family, or personal problems
  • Explains hospital compensation and benefits programs, such as medical, insurance, retirement, and savings plans, and enrolls workers in specified programs
  • Develops, schedules, and conducts technical, management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance
  • Attends conferences and meetings, as an employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties
  • Prepares reports and enters and updates medical, insurance, retirement, and other personnel forms and records, using computer
  • Audits benefit accounts and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Arranges for employee physical examination, first aid, and other medical attention
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication cycle between staff and other HR functions and facilities.
  • Check and Review Staff vacation upon the system and give the approvals.
  • Initiate and guide Clearance Process and ensure its finalization.
  • Edit and Review Staff Scheduling with departments and unit heads.
  • Perform punch correction process before starting payroll process.
  • Finalize Resignation Process and create resignation sheet.
  • Perform exit interview process and investigate the resignation and termination reasons analysis.
  • Create a turnover analysis sheet with the reasons and rates.

Job Requirements

  • 1 : 3 years of experience in the personnel department.
  • Bachelor's Degree in the Business/Management field is preferred.
  • HR diploma / Certificate is preferred
  • Excellent spoken & Writing Communication skills.
  • Very Good command of the English Language.
  • Cairo Resident is preferred
