HR Cum Admin Accounting Lead

Primary Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

• Provide guidance to the HR executive in sourcing and recruiting toptier talent ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process.
• Oversee employee relations ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Oversight:

• Lead the admin executive in managing all company paperwork and organizational tasks ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all administrative systems and processes.

Accounting Leadership:

• Direct the accounting executive in managing relationships with accounting vendors and overseeing the quality of outsourced accounting functions.
• Supervise the preparation of businessoriented P&L statements and cash management reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Guide financial decisionmaking by establishing monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.

Procurement & Payment Collection:

• Manage the procurement & payment collection specialist to ensure prompt and professional enterprise client followups and payment collections.
• Develop and implement costeffective procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee the invoicing process and ensure effective cash flow management.
