About the role
As an HR Compensation Management Tech you will be responsible for ensure the implementation of the compensation and benefits policies and processes within Celfocus. You will work closely with the Payroll and Benefits teams finance team People Business Partners and senior management to support the development and implementation of strategies that attract and retain top talent while maintaining costeffectiveness.
As a part of your job you will:
- Conduct Celfocus annual merit increase process including planning and communication.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to the compensation packages to ensure it meets the needs of employees and remains costeffective for the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and managers on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance department to forecast and budget for compensation and benefits expenses.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to compensation and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay uptodate on changes in legislation and regulations affecting compensation and benefits and make recommendations for policy adjustments as needed.
- Participate in crossfunctional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits matters.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation and benefits policies and processes.
- Support the development and implementation of variable pay programs including bonuses and incentives aligned with organizational goals.
What are we looking for
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is important.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Workday SAP (preferable) SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms for data management and reporting.
- Experience with flex benefits programs would be a plus.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
- Ability to effectively use communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams Slack or similar platforms.
- Experience with HR analytics tools for tracking and analyzing compensation and benefits metrics would be a plus.
- Familiarity with compensation management software for conducting salary surveys benchmarking and modeling would be a plus.
