Role Description:

As an ItalianSpeaking Technical Support Representative youll play a pivotal role in delivering highquality technical assistance to our Italianspeaking customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support to customers via phone email or chat channels.
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues and providing solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Documenting customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system for future reference.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers on new features and functionalities.
  • Contributing to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles to assist customers in resolving common technical issues independently.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical experience and proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think analytically under pressure.
  • Previous experience in technical support or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools is advantageous.
