HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

As an international company in the food sector, we are a leader in the development and production of high-quality products for the fast food chain and retail.

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an experienced, energetic and results-oriented HR Business Partner.

• Provide HR guidance and advice to line managers on HR policies and procedures, balancing needs against best practices
• Support managers regarding all people-related issues; from performance management to sickness absence and talent advancement

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in human resources or business administration with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Relevant work experience in a human resources function with a focus on recruitment in the manufacturing industry
• Work experience in a matrix organization and in an international environment
• Sound, in-depth and up-to-date skills in all relevant HR areas, including recruitment and selection, talent management, performance management, learning & development, organizational development and remuneration (incl. pensions), (basic) knowledge of Dutch labor law, coaching skills and change management
• Very good command of English and Dutch required
