Job Description

Job Purpose:
Work as part of a team to contribute to the development of the HR function by implementing and Employee Engagement activities that are aligned with business needs. The role will combine an ability to work as hands on to deliver on role objectives as well as implement employee engagement practices.
On boarding and Induction:
Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees.
Ensure that induction plan is signed off and filed in the personal file of all employees.
Collection of all documents as per our policy and maintain all the personal files of employees.
Coordination of Bank Account opening for new joiner.
Ensuring Joining kits are available
Initiating BGC.
Making sure that employee finishes all the formality on first day so that he / she can be made available for project work next day morning.
Attendance Claims and Leave management:
Explain the leave and Attendance Policy to new joiners.
Explain how to use the GreytHR (or any contemporary) tool for Personal data management leave and Attendance.
Support expense claims process.
Shift Allowance to be calculated for eligible employees.
Employee Engagement:
Execute Employee Engagement activities as a part of the HR event calendar.
Driving employee engagement. (Knowledge sharing Team building activities etc.)
Grievance Management with the help of central HR Team.
Work with stakeholders (account manager other line managers employees and others) to address all types of employee relations issues.
Employee Policy peculation to all levels.
Employee counselling and day to day query handling/issue resolution
Managing employee rewards and recognition programs
Organizing and executing monthly/quarterly all hands meeting/town hall meetings.
Maintenance and timely updating of employee records in GreytHR (or any contemporary) tool. Generation of reports from the same based on need.
Partner with vendors on managing employee needs like Employee relocation accommodation travel activities
Responsible to support compliance policies and its effective implementation
Rolling out Appraisal Management process for employees
Employee Separation:
Conduct the Navigation meeting along with the supervisor and finalize status. In case of a separation decide the last working day.
Mail communication to all stakeholders regarding exit employee information.
Conduct exit interviews and share with Central HR team as well maintain the records in the personal file on a monthly basis.
Follow up for the clearance certificate issue Relieving and Experience letters.
Data Management:
Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files recruitment file PF related documents
Updating the Master Tracker on timely manner.
Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis analyzing exit interview observe trends and highlight important aspects prepare and publish dashboards
Communications:
ensure all employee related information is communicated broadly and clearly to employees
Analysis & Record Keeping
Analyse employee data with the help of a GreytHR (or any contemporary) tool and identify trends (Ex. Attendance irregularities policy violations etc.)
Recommend ideas & solutions to improve existing processes.
Keep meticulous confidential records of all employees.
Maintain up to date information of all employees in GreytHR.

Mandatory Expectations:
Maintain independence and integrity on all Employee information and related activities.
Additional activities will be included as per the business demands.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization exercising a high degree of confidentiality professionalism poise tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
Ability to work well in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
Solid interpersonal project management and presentation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced timesensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
