Job Description

As an HR Onboarding and Administration Specialist you will play a
multifaceted role in sourcing recruiting onboarding contractors and
providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the
talent acquisition function. You will manage the endtoend contractor
lifecycle from sourcing and recruitment to onboarding and administrative
tasks.
Contractor Onboarding:
Develop and implement an efficient and effective onboarding
process tailored to contractors specific roles and responsibilities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as HR IT and department
heads to ensure all necessary onboarding tasks are completed
accurately and promptly. And connect back to HQ for processes
practices and updates.
Facilitate orientation sessions for new contractors to familiarize them
with company policies procedures and culture.
Serve as the main point of contact for contractors throughout the
onboarding process addressing any questions or concerns they may
have.
Administration:
Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team
including scheduling interviews coordinating candidate travel
arrangements and managing expense reimbursements.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of contractor information
including contracts agreements and other relevant documentation.
Assist with preparing and distributing reports presentations and
other materials related to talent acquisition activities.

Manage the departments email inbox responding to inquiries and
escalating issues as needed.
Support implementing and maintaining applicant tracking systems
(ATS) and other HR software applications.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws regulations
and company policies throughout talent acquisition and onboarding.
Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contractor
agreements and contracts meet legal requirements and company
standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify areas for improvement within the talent
acquisition and onboarding processes and implement solutions to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay current on industry trends best practices and technologies
related to talent acquisition and contractor management.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related
field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing and
recruiting contractors.
Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices preferably in a
contractor or contingent workforce environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws regulations and compliance
requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build
rapport and establish relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to
manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
