1. Cleaning and Sanitizing:

• Clean and sanitize tables chairs and other furniture regularly.
• Wipe down countertops surfaces and menu boards.
• Ensure cleanliness of condiment stations napkin holders and other customer areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly.

1. Floor Maintenance:

• Sweep and mop floors to keep them clean and free from debris.
• Vacuum carpets or rugs if applicable.
• Promptly clean up spills to prevent accidents.

1. Trash Management:

• Empty and replace trash bins regularly.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.
• Keep trash storage areas clean and odorfree.

1. Dishwashing:

• Wash rinse and sanitize dishes utensils and glassware.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Organize clean dishes in appropriate storage areas.

1. Stocking Supplies:

• Monitor and replenish caf supplies such as napkins condiments and cleaning materials.
• Inform the management when supplies are running low.

1. Assisting in Food and Beverage Service:

• Clear tables and clean them promptly after customers finish their meals.
• Assist in setting up and resetting tables.
• Support the serving staff in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

1. Window and Display Cleaning:

• Clean windows and glass surfaces to ensure a clear and attractive display.
• Wipe down display cases and shelves.

1. Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:

• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other caf staff members.
