Job description:
As the initial point of contact at the club s food & beverage venues this position is responsible for providing a positive first impression by displaying professionalism friendliness and outstanding service to club members and their guests. Greets members and guests upon arrival and shows them to their table according to reservations and seating availability. Coordinates the flow of the dining room by balancing assigned tables among servers and communicates with the Dining Room Manager regarding table turns. This position is responsible for demonstrating genuine hospitality by welcoming creating rapport and delivering a consistent exceptional experience.
Requirements
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to verbally communicate well in English and in writing.
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
- Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with superiors coworkers and members.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
