Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts.
Must have Skills : Microsoft 365
Good to Have Skills : Mobile Application Security, Microsoft Teams Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshooting of issues related MS Exchange Online,AWS AD,AD/DNS/O365, including mailflow, connector configurations, database mailbox restoration patching Resolve and act as escalation and coordination point for Teams incidents and problems related to escalations from service desk and performs root cause analysis Service Health monitoring using MS console and actively respond based on system alerts and notifications Take ownership of the reported issues and conduct L2 / L3 level troubleshooting.
Technical Experience :
- Hands on experience on MS Exchange 2010/2013/2016/ Office365 MS Exchange Hybrid Environment
- Able to install/configuring MS Exchange 2016, ATP, eDiscovery
- Good troubleshooting skill of issues related to MS Exchange server/database/mail flow Prior experience on backup/restoration of MS Exchange server/databases/mailboxes
Professional Attributes : 3 plus years experience Strong analytical and communication skills written, interpersonal, and presentational required Ability to lead troubleshooting calls involving senior stakeholders from Clients
