Job Description
- Lead and manage the technical team (engineers technicians and specialists).
- Oversee the planning design and implementation of technical projects and systems.
- Develop and enforce technical standards processes and best practices.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align technical operations with business goals.
- Manage maintenance and upgrade of equipment machinery or technical tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve highlevel technical issues.
- Analyze project data and performance to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Mentor and train technical staff to build a highperforming team.
- Recommend and manage technical budgets tools and resources. and manage the technical team (engineers technicians and specialists).

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering (electrical mechanical) Masters is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a technical/engineering leadership role.
- Strong understanding of insert industryspecific knowledge e.g. solar systems manufacturing machinery auto diagnostics.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent problemsolving decisionmaking and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards safety protocols and technical regulations.
