Can interface between business and technical teams.
Understands the endtoend software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience in:Requirement gatheringProcess/data flow designTechnical spec design (Webservices/API)Business analysis.
Translating business requirements to technical requirements.
Defining project objectives.
Feasibility analysis.
Supporting development systems integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Creating and documenting UAT strategies/plans and test cases/scripts.
Knowledge of manual and automation testing.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience in mortgage industry.
Writes user stories based on business driven functionality as well as technical capabilities.
Provides constructive support to both Product Owner and IT team in productrelated decisions.
Encourages customercentric mindset for entire Modern Delivery team consistently focusing on advancing mission.
Supports team in development process defining technical requirements based on indepth and breath of product/business knowledge.
Partners with Team Development Lead to create project/process specifications.
Writes user stories based on businessdriven functionality as well as technical capabilities.
Understands and proactively utilizes Modern Delivery practices.
Identifies and applies opportunities to improve teams.
