Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. HealthEdge Configuration:

    • Lead the configuration and customization of the HealthEdge platform to align with business requirements and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with business analysts developers and other stakeholders to gather and understand configuration requirements.
  2. Subject Matter Expertise:

    • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HealthEdge configuration staying current with platform updates features and industry trends.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members on HealthEdge configuration best practices.
  3. Requirements Analysis:

    • Analyze and interpret business requirements to define and document configuration specifications.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the effective translation of business needs into HealthEdge configurations.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of HealthEdge configurations to ensure accuracy reliability and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans and execute testing activities.
  5. Documentation:

    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HealthEdge configurations including configuration guides release notes and change logs.
    • Ensure that documentation is uptodate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Technical Leadership:

    • Provide technical leadership and support to the configuration team offering guidance on complex configuration issues and challenges.
    • Collaborate with the IT leadership to define and implement best practices for HealthEdge configuration management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Information Management Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a HealthEdge Configuration SME or similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Indepth knowledge of HealthEdge configuration tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • HealthEdge certification or relevant certifications in healthcare IT.
  • Experience with other healthcare information systems and interoperability standards.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Project management skills and experience leading configuration projects.
